Welcome to Footstars, Where Football meets Fun and Fitness.

We offer a unique method using creative, imaginary play to coach children the early stages of football and sport activities that children can relate to in everyday life.

Our sessions aim to provide a more well-rounded football experience for 2-7 year old boys and girls:

  • Positive Coaching

  • Non-Competitive play

  • Parent Participation (which we positively encourage each session to have)

Let’s Play

Footstars isn’t just about kicking a ball.

Our Sessions are colourful, energetic and imaginative. We introduce a wide variety of different activities in either group or individual play. Whether it’s creating a kaleidoscope of colour with our ‘Circus Top’, using our miniture gym equipment or experimenting with touch lighting - our sessions aim to provide a fun, healthy environment that’s stimulating for child and parent alike!

Let’s Teach

Footstars is fortunate to have its own set of miniture gym equipment. These colourful pieces of equipment designed specifically for children, allow our classes to experience a wide variety of equipment in a safe environment; whether it’s trying out the Foam Weight Bench, running on our Mini Treadmill or building up speed and rhythm on our Exercise Bike or Cross Trainer!

Let’s Train

Not all exercise has to involve a football! At Footstars we encourage fitness through a wide range of equipment and our Blazepods are a great way to build fun and fitness at the same time.

This unique piece of equipment can also be used with a football, specifically used for our 5-7 years advanced classes to develop, speed and close control, spatial awareness ball control, over the shoulder check, turn and shoot and many more exciting and engaging training drills to enhance self confidence.

Our classes have a great time trying to turn out the pads as they light up!

“It was a great starting point technically for our son and I highly recommend Footstars for all kids not just interested in football, but in all sports.”
